Why?

Across the nation, there is a large need for affordable housing. Adults with special needs and/or disabilities are often on the fringe and at a disadvantage of having their housing needs met.

Where is the community located?

The community will be located in Monroe, Michigan.

What is included in rent?

Each house is equipped with water, electricity, heating/cooling, basic internet and cable TV (for the living room). Additional cable TV outlets can be requested.

What services are available?

BrightPath Housing works with CHS Group, who provides services to people with intellectual disabilities, mental illness and other issues related to age and mobility impairment.

Is public transportation available?

BrightPath Housing is working with the City of Monroe to make public transportation available.
